As a Project Manager specialized in IT/OT convergence, you will be at the forefront of managing complex projects that bridge the gap between information technology (IT) and operational technology (OT) within the energy sector. Your role will involve leading a multidisciplinary team to deliver projects that integrate IT and OT systems, contributing to a smarter, more resilient energy infrastructure. You will oversee all aspects of the project, including scope, planning, budget, and quality, while ensuring seamless communication with all stakeholders. Key Responsibilities:
• Leading IT/OT convergence projects, applying both Agile and Waterfall methodologies as appropriate;
• Building and managing a project organization that effectively integrates IT and OT disciplines;
• Providing oversight for the IT/OT Convergence Steering Committee (Steerco) and the BTO Management Team (MT) on the portfolio of projects under the IT/OT umbrella, with a focus on Dutch initiatives;
• Organizing the IT/OT Convergence Steerco, ensuring alignment and effective decision-making;
• Providing oversight for the BTO MT on the portfolio of projects in the 2GW program, with a focus on both Dutch and German initiatives;
• Organizing the Design Authority for 2GW program deliverables;
• Drafting and aligning the Project Brief, scope, phase progress vs plan and budget with stakeholders (both in business and IT);
• Delivering project results on time and ensuring they are fully integrated into the overall (Agile) change portfolio, with a particular emphasis on IT/OT convergence;
• Managing relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including IT and OT suppliers, subcontractors, and chain partners critical to project success;
• Providing consistent communications to stakeholders regarding IT/OT convergence and BTO MT, ensuring transparency and alignment across all levels;
• Providing continuous improvements in the delivery and project management process based on lessons learned and best practices from the sector.

• Strong background in IT/OT convergence with a customer-oriented mindset;
• Extensive experience leading medium to large cross-functional teams, with a focus on IT/OT integration, and a minimum of 4 years of direct project management responsibility;
• Knowledge and experience with implementations involving external IT and OT suppliers;
• Experience in IT project management of digital solutions supporting the Asset chain (Plan, Build, and Maintenance);
• Experience with at least one of the following technologies: IT/OT integration, data integration, SCADA technology, data-driven energy system analysis;
• Demonstrable experience managing large and complex projects, particularly those involving IT/OT integration in an international context;
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in both English and Dutch;
• Relevant project management certifications (ITIL, Prince2, SAFe, IPMA, etc.) with a strong understanding of Agile methodologies.
• Experience in project management within an Agile environment;
• Practical experience in leading Agile transformations, particularly in environments where IT and OT systems are converging.
