For DLL, we're for a Privacy Officer on a fulltime workweek. This is for a temporary assignment until the end of this year, or later when an internal replacement has not been found.

Privacy Officer – Privacy assessments
Responsible to support with filling privacy assessments, outsourcing risk assessments, review of privacy assessments and coordinate privacy assessment project (number of pending assessments and re-assessments) and advice on Privacy by Design control implementation

Day to day:
• You will be responsible to independently ensure privacy assessments are filled. With your privacy experience you help business owners (of IT solutions/processed) what to fill in a privacy assessment questionnaire and how to implement the Privacy by Design control framework.
• You review and improve the quality of privacy assessment that have been filled in by Privacy Coordinators and business owners.
• You will coordinate a large number of privacy assessments. You create insight and report on progress. You address within our multinational which global or local person is responsible to conduct required actions. You ensure all ~500 privacy assessments are progressed and make it to the finish line.
• You complete the privacy assessment sections in our pending Outsourcing Risk Assessments.
• You are made responsible for small projects for example adjustments/data quality issues in our privacy management system (OneTrust) related to the privacy assessment work.

• Experience in conducting privacy assessments and implementing privacy measures
• Ability to cooperate smoothly with key stakeholders including colleagues within the compliance team
• A Bachelor’s degree
• Data Protection certification (or equivalent) or extra years of experience
• At least 3-5 years working experience
• At least 3 years in privacy and data protection
• Project management experience in a privacy and data protection environment
• High level of independence (limited coaching needed)
