We are seeking a resourceful and curious Country Change Delivery Manager as part of the Business delivery team on an international IT programme within the insurance industry. This role will support the Business Change Delivery Lead, to deliver new solutions to the country commercial risk business. You will be aligned to the delivery within country and will engage with local colleagues at all levels of seniority to effectively manage change into their country, their business, and their operational teams. This role will suit a Change Management professional in the wider change management sense using PROSCI or ADKAR methodologies.

Werkzaamheden

Reporting to the Business Change Delivery Lead, you will be responsible for:
  • Ensuring successful business change management within the appropriate country by implementing the business change management approach.
  • Establishing and maintaining relationships with country business programme stakeholders.
  • Producing deliverables in support of the change management strategy to embed PMS replacement in the chosen country, including authoring of communications to distribute these deliverables.
  • Operating with a continuous improvement mindset, identifying ways to streamline efficiency, automation, and cost reduction in both country operational and programme delivery processes/deliverables.
  • Soliciting and acting upon feedback to adapt our methods and approaches to underpin successful change delivery with openness and transparency at every step.
  • Working with the Comms lead and team to produce impactful communications campaigns to support change management plans and influence the hearts and minds of stakeholders/

  • Change management experience in end to end change delivery from full lifecycle business change perspectives.
  • ADKAR or PROSCI methodology execution and implementation experience
  • Experience of performing business service introduction activity outside of technology delivery.
  • Experience of waterfall, agile and product led delivery methodologies, concepts and tools (JIRA, Confluence, MS Azure DevOps).
  • Strong project planning skills and experience of MS Project, MS Office, and SharePoint tools.
  • Strong document authoring skills.
  • Emotionally intelligent, team player and servant leader for the in-country teams
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build and maintain relationships with senior in-country business stakeholders and technical SMEs.
  • Flexibility to adapt to and work with diverse teams from different countries and cultures.
  • Confidence to influence and challenge to ensure programme outcomes and scope are identified, managed, and delivered.
  • Self-motivated and able to take leadership on areas of work assigned.
  • Ability to see the “big picture” plan and understand how the country specific delivery and approach fits within overall programme objectives.
  • Analytical ability to understand complex subjects and able to successfully communicate them to technical and business personnel alike.
  • Fluent in English and Dutch languages.
  • Ability to speak French, German would be beneficial.
  • Knowledge of Commercial Risk Insurance Broking preferred.
  • Willing to travel - Belgium/Netherlands
